Using Respondus LockDown Browser with iPads, Chromebooks, and Live Proctoring

Respondus LockDown Browser™ can be used with more than just personal computers and in face-to-face environments.  If you would like to learn more about the enhanced capabilities, check out the following:

Respondus LockDown Browser™ with iPads

Respondus LockDown Browser™ (LDB) can be used with iPads. 

• Instructors will need to reference these instructions for appropriate setup.
• Students, instructors will have to have an exam that is setup for iPad usage before you will be able to use that device to take an exam.  The default expectation is that you will use a personal computer to take exams.  If you know your instructor has setup an exam for use with an iPad, Students will need to reference these instructions for further information. 

Respondus LockDown Browser™ with Chromebooks

Respondus LockDown Browser™ (LDB) can be used with Chromebooks. 

• Instructors and students will need to reference these instructions for appropriate setup. 

Respondus LockDown Browser™ and LiveProctoring

Respondus LockDown Browser™ (LDB) can be used in conjunction with Zoom or MSTeams to accomplish Live Proctoring. 

• Instructors and students will need to reference these instructions for appropriate setup.
